Flare Ensign Formula-91 (with Anti-Beam Muffler)

The anti-beam muffler is a throw-type-weapon. Although the coating on muffler is not enough to withstand sustained beam attack, it still provide a good option for diversionary in 1v1.
FEF-91 also can use the ABM to onrush the enemies, combine with other weapon, and set as a trap.
